Outside the office, Bob enjoys spending time with his family and traveling with his wife. He is actively involved with Greenwood Christian Church and has a passion for all things automotive. A fun fact: he spends most summer weekends competing in the sport of drag racing at various tracks around the Midwest.

Jeremy joined Custom Business & Tax Solutions in 2015 and provides tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll services, and audit support. He is especially focused on walking alongside clients through challenging or unfamiliar processes, making sure they feel informed and supported every step of the way.

 

Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, golfing, and being actively involved in his church.

Ryan works closely with both business and individual clients, providing tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business planning services. He takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and enjoys helping clients make sense of their financial picture so they can plan confidently for what’s ahead.

Ronda keeps the office running smoothly by providing essential administrative support and managing client relations. She plays a key role behind the scenes, helping ensure that every client interaction is organized, efficient, and welcoming.

Ann is often the first friendly face or voice clients encounter. She greets visitors, answers phones, and manages outgoing mail, helping ensure every interaction starts on a positive note.

 

Ann is a mom of seven and a grandmother to eleven. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, spending time near the water, and playing board games with family and friends.

Stephanie welcomes clients, answers phones, and helps keep daily office communications running smoothly. Her warm personality and attention to detail help create a comfortable, professional environment for everyone who walks through the door.

 

Outside of work, Stephanie serves on her church’s worship team, loves a good mystery or suspense novel, and proudly bowled a perfect 300 game in September 2022.

Kelsey supports clients through bookkeeping and payroll services, helping ensure records are accurate and up to date. She brings a thoughtful, organized approach to her work and enjoys contributing to the team’s behind-the-scenes success.

 

In her free time, Kelsey enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with friends.

Emily specializes in payroll processing and assists clients with payroll tax and insurance audits. She is detail-focused and dependable, helping ensure payroll runs smoothly and accurately for businesses of all sizes.

Chris has been married for over 30 years and enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren. He also likes long walks, playing golf, and working in the yard.
